Established in 1964, Changzhou Qinye Plastics Co., Ltd. (originally Changzhou Qinye Plastics Factory) is a national large-scale enterprise. Our company is a professional factory which manufactures polyvinyl chloride plastic base products. Our company, which has been approved of ISO9001 authentification, is blessed with long history and abundant production experience.
